Construction of evaluation index system for nursing safety of patients in community family sickbed
Abstract：Objective:To explore the establishment of evaluation index system for nursing safety of patients in community family sickbed.Methods:The basic framework of nursing safety indicators for patients with family sickbed was drawn up by literature review and community interview,and the Delphi method was used for two rounds of expert consultation.Results:16 experts conducted two rounds of consultation.In two rounds of con-sutation,the positive coefficient of experts were all 100%,authority coefficient were 0.83 and 0.86.The second round of coordination coefficient was 0.25.The final evaluation index system for nursing safety for the patients in the community family sickbed included 7 first grade indexes and 62 secondary indexes.Conclusion:The con-struction of evaluation index system for nursing safety of patients in community family sickbed was completed preliminarily.The main points of nursing care and management of community family sickbeds should be guided by the safety of drugs,home safety and infusion safety.
