Bibliometric analysis of literatures on oncology nursing qualitative research in China

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the status quo and developing trends of oncology nursing qualitative research in China,in order to provide a reference for the further research.Methods:The literatures of oncology nursing qualitative research were retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database from their inauguration to December 2016 to Conduct bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 214 pieces of literatures were included in this study,and the total number of literatures was on the rise.166 papers were primarily published in nursing journals,accounting for 77.57%.Papers mainly came from Shanghai,Beijing,Jiangsu province and other economically developed regions.169(78.97%) of the literatures came from hospital institutions.29.90% of the papers were supported by funds.Patients were the main subjects (150,70.09 %).The main types of diseases were breast cancers(50,23.36%) and leukaemia(16,7.48%).171 pieces(79.91%) of the literature adopted phenomenological research methods;206 pieces(96.26%) of literatures conducted interviews to collect data.Conclusions:Oncology nursing qualitative research had been taken seriously day by day in China,while there were still shortages on qualitative research method,combined usage of qualitative research and quantitative research,types of disease,and so on.The quality of literatures needed to be improved and further exploration was needed.
