Abstract：This article reviewed the research progress on hospitalized long-term bed rest pregnant women for preventing miscarriage at home and abroad from aspects of types of diseases,hospitalization days,emotional experience change during hospitalization and its influence,psychological nursing intervention.It aimed to provide a substantial basis for reviewing,prevention and nursing care of such patients.
