Abstract:Objective:To probe into the influence of rhythmic auditory attention stimulation combined with intensive muscle strength training on lower limb function and balance function in elderly patients with Parkinson disease. Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with Parkinson undergoing rehabilitation training in neurology department were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,43 cases in each group.Patients in control group received rhythmic auditory attention stimulation for rehabilitation training, patients in observation group were given intensive core strength training on the basis of the control group training. Both groups of patients (gait cadence, walking speed and stride length),impaired motor function, walking ability recovery, rehabilitation effect, activities of daily living, limb function and balance function improvement effect were compared to 6 months before and after training.Result:After training, the observation group of frequency (87.68/min± 8.01/min)was lower than that of control group (91.37/min±8.33/min),speed (83.54 cm/s±9.23 cm/s) and step (49.64 cm±3.47 cm) were higher than the control group (78.49 cm/s±10.68 cm/s,45.35 cm±3.82 cm),the improvement of walking ability, comprehensive rehabilitation effect, activities of daily living, function of lower limbs and balance coordination function were better than those of control group, the motor function impairment was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusions:Rhythmic auditory attention stimulation combined with intensive muscle training could effectively improve the gait of patients with Parkinson, promote the recovery of walking ability, improve their activities of daily living and comprehensive rehabilitation effect.
