Survey of status quo and influential factors of elderly frailty in community in Harbin city

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the occurrence status quo of elderly frailty in community of Harbin and analyze its influential factors.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 808 elderly people in Harbin by general questionnaire,health questionnaire and Tilburg Frailty Assessment Scale.Result:The incidence of frailty in 808 elderly people was 49 ％.Single factor analysis showed that age,marital status,monthly income,education level,chronic diseases,exercise habits,depression and other factors were the influencing factors of the elderly frailty;Logistic regression analysis showed that age,chronic disease,depression,marital status and exercise habits were the influencing factors of frailty in the elderly.Conclusions:The incidence of frailty among the elderly in the community was high,and the frailty of the elderly in the community was affected by many factors.The positive intervention should be carried out according to the influencing factors of frailty of the elderly in the community.
