Application research on evaluation system of clinical nurses post objective in department of orthopedics ward
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of evaluation system of clinical nurses post objective in department of orthopedics ward.Method:To establish the evaluation system of clinical nurses post objective and make clear the evaluation methods of each index.In the form of manager evaluation (he Commentary),a total of 54 nurses in department of orthopedics were evaluated and continuously improved in the way of inquiry,data consultation,field visits,spot checks and so on.After one year of implementation,the post objective evaluation indexes of 87 nurses in department of orthopedics were compared.Result:After one year of implementation of clinical nurses post goal management,nursing rules and regulations,nursing safety and clinical nursing ability of nurses in department of orthopedics increased to varying degrees,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before implementation (P＜0.05).Conclusions:The management of post objective evaluation of clinical nurses had changed the status quo of single quality evaluation,promoted the personal growth of nurses,and provided a guarantee for the improvement of nursing quality in department of orthopedics.
