Meta analysis of management effect of remote intervention based on theory construction on diabetes patients
Abstract：Objective:To systematically evaluate the management effect of telephone or mobile phone remote intervention based on theoretical construction on diabetes patients.Method:The computer retrieved a randomized controlled trial of telephone or mobile phone remote intervention based on theoretical construction on diabetes patients,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Meta Analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software after independent screening of literatures,extraction of data and quality evaluation.Result:A total of 17 documents were included.Meta analysis showed that the level of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients based on the theoretical intervention group was lower than that of the control group [MD=-0.19,95 ％CI(-0.34,-0.04),P =0.01],but the total score of self management activity was higher than that of the control group[MD=0.31,95％CI(0.06,0.56),P=0.01].Conclusions:The intervention effect of theory based remote intervention on diabetes patients' blood glucose and self management behavior was better than that of conventional management,but the construction of remote intervention should be based on appropriate health behavior theory and still needed to be verified by high quality research.
