Research progress on nursing human resource management based on iceberg quality model

Abstract：The development and connotation of the iceberg quality model and the research progress in the field of nursing were reviewed.Based on the iceberg quality model,nursing human resources was managed,and a ba sis was provided for establishing a complete and scientific nursing human resource management and evaluation model.
