Construction of evaluation index system for acute myocardial infarction nursing quality

Abstract：Objective:To construct single disease nursing quality evaluation index system of acute myocardial infarction,in order to provide the references for scientific nursing management of single disease in emergency department.Methods:The quality index system of acute myocardial infarction was initially constructed based on a large number of relevant literatures and expert interviews.The Delphi expert consultation method was adopted to select 50 medical and nursing experts to conduct two rounds of expert consultation and analyze the reliability of the consultation results.Results:The enthusiasm of experts consultation was very high (over 90％);experts coefficient was 0.836;coordination degree of experts was in a higher level.The evaluation index system was constructed ultimately by 3 first level indicators,14 secondary indicators,and 47 three-level indicators.Conclusion:The constructed evaluation index system of acute myocardial infarction by Delphi method was scientific and reliable.
