Study on standard of teachers access in standardized training of new nurses in clinical teaching base

Abstract：Objective:To establish teachers access in standardized training of new nurses in clinical teaching base.Methods:On the basis of literature research and expert interviews,a preliminary system of teachers access in standardized training of new nurses in clinical teaching base was established.Fifteen specialists from Shanghai Municipality conducted two rounds of Delphi consultation were seleted to establish the evaluation index system.Based on this,AHP was used to establish the hierarchical structure model of evaluation index,and the weight coefficient of each evaluation index was determined.Results:The positive coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation were all 100％,and the coefficient of expert authority was 0.868.The coordination coefficients of the two rounds were 0.244 and 0.179,respectively (P＜0.01).The initial establishment of a set of professional qualifications,teaching ability,clinical nursing work ability of three first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators of teachers access in standardized training of new nurses in clinical teaching base system.Conclusion:The establishment of teachers access in standardized training of new nurses in clinical teaching base was high credibility,and could be used for standardized training of new nurses in clinical teaching base selection and standardized training of teachers.
