Research status and intervention method study of post-stroke depression nursing

Abstract：Objective:To understand the research status of post-stroke depression(PSD) nursing and explore the core nursing intervention methods to PSD patients.Methods:Choosing intervention studies on PSD nursing from high citation papers which fixed by Price's law,dividing these studies into single intervention method on PSD and combined intervention method on PSD,extracted all nursing intervention methods of the latter and coding these methods by two researchers respectively.A total of 15 independent nursing intervention methods were concluded,recorded the cited frequency with Binomial Classification,and used SPSS 22.0 to analyze.Results:There were 69 high citation papers associated with PSD nursing,in which there were 50 intervention studies.Factor analysis wets used to extract 5 common factors from 15 nursing intervention methods,which were to relieve emotion,maintain interaction,change cognition,blend emotion,and improve sleep.Conclusions:It was a trend to adopt intervention study,especially combined method,on PSD nursing in China.In addition to the understanding of continuous care,cognitive intervention,family and patient collaboration,the researchers' understanding of the method of PSD nursing intervention were not thorough enough.Nursing care for PSD patients should be considered in 5 aspects:relieving emotion,maintaining interaction,changing cognition,blending emotion,and improving sleep.
