Bibliometric analysis of status quo of development of medical care integration model in China

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the status quo and laws of the integration model of medical and nursing work in China,and to reveal the existing problems and the future development direction.Methods:The literatures about medical care integration model were searched from Chinese journal full text database(CNKI) and Wanfang database from 2006 to 2016.Bibliometric analysis was conducted on the external and internal characteristics of the included literature by bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB) and the Excel software.Results:A total of 263 valid literatures were found,and their distribution increased year by year,with the largest amount of published documents in Sichuan,accounting for 22.4%.47.6% literatures published in core journals,the research content in clinical application and special management.Conclusions:It had formed the rudiment of medical care integration model in China,but not formed a sustainable and stable organizational structure model supported by hospital management theory system.Lack of coverage and in-depth analysis of obstacles encountered in the process of research in the current study,and lack of quantitative evaluation on the degree of cooperation between doctors and nurses.The future research direction should focus on promoting the standardization and perfection of medical care integration model,establishing a scientific evaluation system,and promoting the indepth development of medical care integration model.
