Research progress on inducing factors and coping resources of nurses'workplace violence in general hospital
Abstract：This article reviewed the inducing factors of nurses' workplace violence in the general hospitals and the existing violence coping resources,in order to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the incidence of hospital violence from different aspects.
