Systematic evaluate on effect of continuous nursing intervention on recurrence rate of patients with acute pancreatitis

Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the incidence of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:To make retrieval strategy,search Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Medline,CINAHL,BMJ,Ovid,China Journal Full-text Database,biomedical literature database,Wanfang periodical database,VIP Chinese,to collect randomized controlled trial of continuous nursing intervention on acute pancreatitis patients at home and abroad.Then two researchers strictly screened and evaluated the quality of the literatures and extracted the data according to the literature inclusion and exclusion standard.Meta analysis was carried out by using Review Manager 5.3 software.Results:A total of 1 154 patients in 11 randomized controlled trials were included.Meta analysis showed that the total recurrence rate and the recurrence rate of alcoholic acute pancreatitis in intervention group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of acute pancreatitis caused by dietary factors in intervention group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Continuous nursing intervention is helpful to reduce the recurrence rate of acute pancreatitis caused by alcohol and diet.
