Preliminary construction of professionalism characteristics model of nursing undergraduate interns
Abstract：Objective:To preliminarily construct the professionalism characteristics model of nursing undergraduate interns,and to provide theoretical basis for further construction of theoretical framework model and practical application evaluation of professionalism training for nursing undergraduate interns.Methods:Professionalism framework model was initially identified by searching literatures,open questionnaire and interviews of experts,A total of 28 nursing experts from 11 nationwede provinces and cities were conducted for two rounds of consultation demonstration by Delphi method.Results:The index system of professionalism characteristic model of nursing undergraduate interns was formed,including 4 first level indexes,40 secondary indexes,and the weight of indexes at all levels was determined.The effective rate of two rounds of questionnaires was 85.71％ and 93.33％ respectively.The expert authority coefficient was 0.871.The Kendall concordance coefficients of expert opinions were 0.191 and 0.312(P＜0.001).Conclusions:Expert advice for nursing undergraduate interns professionalism characteristic model of indexes was focused,enthusiasm and authority levels were high.The model was high scientific,and it can provide references for the construction of professionalism training model for clinical nursing undergraduates.
