Influence of family motility on quality of life and well-being of stomach patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of family motivation on quality of life and well-being of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:A total of 395 elderly patients with COPD were investigated by systematic family self-rating questionnaire,quality of life scale and well being scale.The patients were divided into high family dynamics group and low family power group according to family motivation.Results:The standardized treatment rate(67.2%0),quality of life score(24.51 ±16.41) and well-being score(77.53±7.24)were significantly better in the elderly patients with stable COPD than those in the lowfamily-powered group(45.1%,36.56± 17.07,75.89 ± 5.17,P<0.05 or P<0.001).Family motivation and quality of life,happiness was correlated (r value were 0.182,-0.091);multiple linear regression analysis showed that:family motivation score,standardized treatment,family annual income,age and FEV1/FVC are independent factors affecting the quality of life;family motivation scores,standardized treatment and marriage are independent factors that affect happiness.Conclusions:Family motility is a factor in the quality of life and well-being of COPD patients,and to improve the elderly COPD stable family of patients can improve the patient's standardized treatment compliance and quality of life.
