Construction of risk assessment system for extravasation of venous corrosive drugs infusions

Abstract：Objective:To structure a risk assessment tool for extravasation of clinical corrosive drugs.Methods:Literature review and semi-structured expert interview were used to develop the risk assessment index system for extravasation of clinical intravenous corrosive drugs.A total of 36 clinical intravenous therapi experts were interviewed with the Delphi expert inquiry method to determine the index system.Results:The two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaire effective recovery rate were 100.0％ and 94.4％,the expert authority coefficient was 0.890,the two rounds of letter consultation Kendall coefficients were 0.236 and 0.408 respectively.Finally,the risk assessment system of clinical venous drug infusion extravasation was formed with 7 first level indexes and 45 secondary indexes.Conclusions:Two rounds of expert letter consultation opinions had better consistent,and the results were reliable,and a risk assessment system for extravasation of intravenous corrosive drugs was formed.The system provided a scientific and systematic assessment tool for risk assessment of extravasation of clinical corrosive drug infusions.
