Construction of nursing management evaluation index system of safe blood transfusion

Abstract：Objective:To discuss nursing safety from the perspective of safe blood transfusion(BT) management,and to construct a suitable nursing management evaluation index system of safe BT in China through objective and scientific research and design.Methods:By using Delphi method,two rounds of questionnaire consultation on the developed nursing management evaluation index system of safe BT were conducted on 19 experts.The consensus opinion was obtained and the evaluation index system was primarily built.Results:The nursing management evaluation index system of safe BT finally formed withfour primary indicators(blood management,check management,operation management,personnel management),11 secondary indicators and 44 tertiary indicators.Conclusions:The nursing management evaluation index system of safe BT included 4 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators and 44 tertiary indicators.It standardized the contents and elements of safe BT evaluation and provided a guarantee for safe BT.
