Application of thinking map and "3W+ 5H" teaching mode in internal medicine nursing teaching
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of thinking map and "3W+5H" teaching mode in internal medicine nursing teaching.Methods:Using experimental research,the same grade two class vocational nursing students were randomly divided into two groups of 79 people,the control group used the traditional teaching method to carry on the teaching of medical nursing,and the observation group adopted the thinking map of "3W+ 5H" to carry on the teaching of medical nursing.At the beginning and ending of teaching,critical thinking abili ty measurement(CTDI CV)and medical nursing learning evaluation questionnaire were used on the two groups of nursing students to evaluate the study effect of medical care.Results:The scores of the CTDI-CV at the end ing of teaching in the observation group(256.040±29.448) were higher than those of the control group(241.310± 37.717) and at the beginning of their own score(239.270 ± 37.204) teaching,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).At the ending of teaching in the observation group,the self learning ability (18.710±2.395) and learning interest score(35.630±5.321)were higher than those of the control group(17.470± 2.395,33.610±5.861),thc difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The thinking map and the "3W+5H" mixed teaching mode could improve the students'critical thinking ability and enhance the nurs ing students' autonomous learning ability and learning interest.
