Influence of hierarchical model based on three-dimensional nursing on life quality of patients with schizophrenia
Abstract：Objective:To explore influence of hierarchical model based on three-dimensional nursing on life quality of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:124 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital between March 2014 and March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups(n=62).Patients in the control group underwent routine care intervention,whereas those in the observation group were treated with hierarchi cal model based on three-dimensional nursing for individualized nursing.Results:After intervention,the posi tive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) score of the observation group(41.57±6.55) was lower than that of the control group(44.01±6.21) and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,mental function,social function and material function in the observation group were respectively(73.69 ± 9.67),(72.33 ±10.63),(71.96 ± 9.81) and (74.63 ± 11.58),all higher than each of those in the control group,which were respectively(64.35±8.66),(64.87±9.75),(63.58±7.32),and(65.33± 9.27),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of patients' dependence,activity,social competence,symptoms and pathological behavior in the observation group were registered at(16.52±4.25),(14.62-±-3.98),(18.74-±-5.68) and(11.24±3.28),all lower than those in the control group,which were respectively (18.79 ± 4.38),(17.02 ± 3.47),(21.57 ± 5.06) and (14.38 ± 3.62),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction to nursing in the observation group was 98.39％,higher than the 85.48％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The application of hierarchical model based on three-dimensional nursing in patients with schizophrenia was beneficial to alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,and the satisfaction of patients and their families was high.
