Application of cognitive-behavioral nursing intervention in Ⅱ-degree burn patients
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application effect of cognitive-behavioral nursing intervention in Ⅱ-degree burn patients using the treatment of RONPT.Methods:A total of 140 Ⅱ-degree burn patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing intervention,the patients in observation group were treated with cognitive-behavioral nursing intervention.At the end of the treatment,the mind statement,pain,the wound healing condition and the incidence of complications during hospitalization period were compared between two groups.Results:At the end of the treatment,the anxiety scores(22.64±8.68)、depression scores(36.65±8.54)、pain scores(4.55±1.49) of observation group were lower than that in control group(29.50±7.91,40.14±10.79,8.46±1.81),the total rate of effective treatment(91.43 %)was higher than that in control group(82.86%),the incidence of complications(4.28%)were lower than that in control group(11.43%),and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:The cognitive-behavioral nursing intervention could improve the the mind statement of Ⅱ-degree burn patients,alieviate the pain,reduce the incidence of complications.
