Construction of operation room nursing management quality evaluation system based on structure process result three-dimensional quality evaluation model

Abstract：Objective:To establish a management quality evaluation system which was scientific,standardized and accorded with the actual work of operation room nursing management.Methods:The structure,process result three dimensional quality evaluation model of Donabedian was taken as the theoretical basis,the final quality evaluation system of operation room nursing management was established by Delphi method for expert consultation,organizing consultation results and determining the weights of each entry of the evaluation index.Results:The two rounds of consultation expert positive coefficient was 93.8％ and 100.0％ respectively,authority coefficient was 0.845 and 0.862,the coordination degree of expert opinions was good The quality evaluation system of operation room nursing management was composed of 3 level 1 items of grade one,8 secondary items and 54 level 3 items.Conclusions:The quality evaluation system of operation room nursing management put forward clear requirements and quality standards for operation room nursing management.It had good operability and could be used to evaluate the quality of nursing management in operation room.
