Construction of clinical nursing path table combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for di-abetic retinopathy
Abstract：Objective:To construct a set of scientific,standardized and practical clinical nursing path combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 16 medical and nursing experts in the fields related to diabetic retinopathy were selected as the obj ect of consultation according to the purposive sampling method.Through the case review and literature review,the framework of the clinical nursing path was established,and the expert consultation questionnaire was formed after revision.Then apply the Delphi method to conduct two rounds of consultation among the selected experts.Results:The recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,the authority coefficient was 0.82,and the coordination coeffi-cient was 0.340.70.After two rounds of expert consultation,the experts'opinions were consistent,and the clinical nursing path table combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for diabetic retinop-athy was constructed after the discussion and revision among the subj ect team.Conclusions:The results of two rounds of expert consultation were reliable,and the clinical nursing path table combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine for diabetic retinopathy had certain scientificity.
