Abstract：It introduced the concept and development of occupational delay of gratification,the measuring tools of occupational delay of gratification and the research status quo of occupational delay of gratification at home and abroad and the research progress on occupational delay of gratification in nursing field,so as to provide references for the effective management of nursing human resources.
