Abstract：This paper expounded the status quo of transitional nursing after urinary diversion and abdominal sigmoidostomy,explored the development and application of transitional nursing in urinary diversion and abdominal sigmoidostomy,to summarize the research results of transitional nursing care,and to provide a reference for continuous,systematic and standardized transitional nursing mode after the patients with urinary diversion and abdominal sigmoidostomy,so as to improve their postoperative quality of life.
