Research progress on nursing performance evaluation based on RBRVS evaluation system
Abstract：This article introduced the application progress and existing problems of RBRVS evaluation system in nursing performance evaluation,it proposed that the RBRVS evaluation system should be combined with the diagnostic related grouping (DRGs) to establish an assessment method that could give reasonable considerations to the number of nursing operations,the severity of the patient''s illness and the quality of nursing operations.
