Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of quality control circle management in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcer in high-risk patients. Methods:Randomized controlled trials were searched among Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database on quality control circle management reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients, and a retrospective qualitative research, subject related research and review of the reference were traced. Two reviewers independently searched, screened the literatures, extracted the data, evaluated the methodological quality of the included literatures and crossed the check, and used the RevMan 5.3 software to perform a meta-analysis.Results:A total of 1 091 articles were retrieved and 8 cases of researches(1 563 patents) were included. The incidence of pressure ulcer was lower in intervention group than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant[OR=0.36,95% CI(0.27,0.49),P<0.000 01].Conclusions:The implementation of quality control circle management in high-risk patients was superior to routine nursing measures. However, due to the low quality of the literatures,it is necessary to develop high quality multi-center and large sample randomized controlled trials further,to confirm this conclusion.
