Research progress on occupational embededness and its application status quo in nursing field

Abstract：This article introduced the concept,division,and measurement of occupational embeddedness.It reviewed the research progress on occupational embeddedness both in China and abroad and its application in the nursing field.It was helpful for keep a stable team to enhance the occupational embeddedness of nurses.
