Research status quo and hot spots analysis of intramedullary infusion

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the research status quo and hot spots of intramedullary infusion in recent years by bibliometrics.Methods:The related literatures of intramedullary infusion in PubMed database were retrieved by computer,and the range was from January 1,2000 to March 1,2016.Bicomb and graph clustering tool gCLUTO were used to analyze the key words,the text matrix and the two-way cluster analysis of the document,forming a thematic clustering curve graph,a subject word clustering matrix and a thematic clustering dendrogram.Results:A total of 455 papers were included in the analysis, 35 keywords with frequency of occurrence more than 7 times were extracted,cluster analysis obtained 3 hot spots in the study of intramedullary infusion.Those were the role of intramedullary infusion and intravenous infusion in the rescue of cardiac arrest,the choice of infusion route and the nursing care of transfusion in bone marrow.Conclusions:In recent years,the intramedullary infusion research had focused on the comparison of effect of intramedullary infusion and intravenous infusion in the rescue of cardiac arrest and the choice of infusion route.The study of intramedullary infusion should be carried out from the above aspects in future studies.
