Clinical research on influence of varying degrees of hypothermia on immune function of patients during hepatectomy
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of different degrees of hypothermia on immune function of patients with partial hepatectomy, and provide the basis for temperature care of surgical patients. Methods:A total of 160 cases of liver cancer patients with low temperature partial hepatectomy were divided into group A(T<35.0 ℃ 41 cases),group B(T35.0 ℃~35.5 ℃,85 cases) and group C(T35.6 ℃~35.9 ℃,34 cases).T cell subsets and neutrophil absolute value(NEU) were compared among 3 groups before operation and on 1st day and 5th day after operation. The levels of interleukin-2(IL-2) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were compared before operation and on 1st day and 2nd day after operation. Results:There was statistically significant difference in level of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,IL-2,IL-6 on the 1st d after operation and level of IL-2 and IL-6 on the 2nd day after operation in three groups(all P<0.05).the level of CD3+ and CD4+ and IL-2 on 1st day after operation in group A were lower than those in group B and C,the level of CD8+ and IL-6 were higher than those in group B and C.There was statistically significant difference in time effect and interaction effect of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+(all P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in intergroup effect, time effect and interaction effect of IL-2 and IL-6 (all P<0.05).Conclusion:T<35.0 ℃ had a great influence on the immune function of patients, patients with partial hepatectomy for liver cancer, the body temperature should be strengthen to prevent severe hypothermia and promote postoperative recovery.
