Abstract：It introduced the concept and connotation of time banking and time banking mutual pension model.It introduced the key factors of the time banking mutual pension model from 7 aspects,such as the reasons,the location,the service time,the participants,the service content,the organizational management and the financial support,aimed at to build a time banking mutual pension model with Chinese characteristics so as to ensure the sustainable development of time banking mutual pension model.
