Primary construction of transition nursing professional ability model for nursing staff

Abstract：Objective:To construct the transition nursing ability professional model of nursing staff.Methods:Selected 30 experts in the relevant field to conduct two rounds expert consultation on the self-designed primary model of transition nursing professional ability,scored the importance of entries,made recommendations,analyzed results,and calculated the authority.Results:Based on two rounds of expert consultation,the model of transition nursing professional ability was conducted by 3 dimensions: social ability(6 entries),practice ability(12 entries) and development ability (4 entries).Conclusions:The formed transitional nursing professional ability model was recognized unanimously by experts.The construction method was scientific and with higher experts' authority.
