Abstract:Objective:To probe into the difference between the incidence of blocked tubes and the incidence of phlebitis in patients with superficial venous catheter when using positive pressure connector and heparin cap joint. Methods:China Wanfang database,CNKI database(CNKI),VIP database(VIP),Cochrane,Pubmed,Web of Science(WOS),Ovid since the establishment of the database were searched on randomized controlled trials on patients with superficial venous indwelling with positive pressure connector and heparin cap at home and abroad. The indexes included the incidence of obstruction and phlebitis.Meta data were analyzed by using RevMan5.2 software.Results:33 studies meeting the inclusion criteria of this study. Results of Meta analysis showed the incidence of blocked tube was RR=0.16,95%CI[0.13,0.19],P<0.000 01,phlebitis incidence was RR=0.15,95%CI[0.11,0.20],P<0.000 01.Conclusion:The positive pressure connector could reduce the incidence of blocking and phlebitis patients with in superficial venous indwelling needle.
