Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological and pregnancy outcome of frozen-thawed embryo transfer patients with repeated implantion failure
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the outcome of patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) repeated implantation failure in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET).Methods:In January 2015-May 2015,a total of 134 patients who had failed to plant in the hospital for more than 2 times and had frozen-embryo embryos were treated with FET transplantation for the study.A total of 66 patients with single-day transplant treatment were selected as control group and routine nursing intervention was given 68 cases in even-numbered day transplant treatment cycle were treated with routine nursing combined with music therapy,ear massage and medicated diet comprehensive nursing intervention.(SAS) and Depression Self Evaluated Scale (SDS) were used to assess their mental status on the starting day of FET cycle treatment and were re-questioned on the day of FET transplantation.The psychological status,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate abortion rate and live birth rate were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:SAS on FET transplantation day in control group was(48.62±5.04),SDS was(50.77±6.56).SAS in observation group was(44.27±4.85),SDS was(46.26±7.41).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The clinical pregnancy rate(60.82%) in observation group was higher than that in control group(53.03%),and the abortion rate(5.88%) was lower than that in control group(16.67%).There was statisti cally significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively reduce the anxiety of patients with repeated implantion failure,relieve the psychological pressure of patients,so as to obtain a better clinical outcome.
