Application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans intervention

Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in nursing of elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans of interventional treatment.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with ASO were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group from January 2015 to January 2016,with 40 cases in each group.Results:The total score of symptoms in observation group after nursing was (11.76±1.78),and that in control group was(15.46±2.27).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-8.11,P<0.01).The differences of ankle brachial index,blood vessel diameter,blood flow velocity,nursing quality,nursing skills and total score between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly ASO patients receiving traditional Chinese medicine nursing could relieve numbness,pain and other symptoms,improve vascular function and improve nursing satisfaction.
