Abstract：Objective:To probe into the application effect of multi-disciplinary theory education training in pre-job training of new nurses.Methods:40 new nurses recruited in 2014 were as the control group,42 new nurses recruited in 2015 were as the study group,the control group used traditional pre job training methods,on the basis of the traditional pre-job training,the research group increased multi-disciplinary theory education,then compared the bedside nursing comprehensive ability and core competence of the two groups of nurses.Results:After 3 months of training,the score of study group of new nurses in bedside nursing comprehensive ability (85.36±7.31),core ability score (165.98±29.01),the control group of new nurses in bedside nursing comprehensive ability score (80.01±7.16),core ability score (152.43±28.61),that in the study group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Multi-disciplinary theory education in pre job training could effectively improve the bedside nursing comprehensive ability and core competence of new nurses.
