Study on the status quo and influencing factors of sense of work achievement among nurses

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the status quo and influencing factors of nurses'sense of work achievement.Methods:The general information questionnare,the work achievement scale,the sense of achievement factor questionnaire,the professional identity scale and the organizational commitment scale were used to investigate 295 nurses in 2 third-grade hospitals.Results:The score of nurses' sense of achievement was (3.28±0.71) points.There were significant differences in the sense of work achievement among nurses with different ages,working years and professional titles (P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that factors affected the work achievement sense of occupation cognitive evaluation,spatial cognition of occupation development,leader praise frequency,occupation development targets,organizational commitment,occupation social interaction skills,the embodiment of personal value,normative commitment,economic commitment,explained a total of 81.6% of the variance of release solution.Conclusions:Nurses' work achievement was in the middle level.The nursing managers could improve the nurses' sense of work achievement by setting up the correct professional values,setting up a long-term career planning and developing a clear career development goals.
