Development of cultural ability scale for higher vocational nursing students

Abstract：Objective:To develop a cultural ability scale for vocational nursing students in China.Methods:Using the Delphi method for the development of nursing students cultural capacity scale for two rounds of expert correspondence,the initial formation of nursing students cultural capacity scale.Results:The expert positive coefficient of the two rounds of experts was 93.8%,100.0%,the expert judgment coefficient was 0.920,the expert was familiar with the coefficient of 0.907,the expert authority coefficient was 0.914.The scale of nursing students' cultural capacity,including 7 dimensions,14 sub-dimensions and 70 entries,was initially constructed.Conclusions:The construction of nursing students' cultural ability scale could be used to evaluate the cultural ability of vocational nursing students.
