Abstract：Chronic infective wound had strong bacterial drug resistance,long process and low healing rate,so clinical treatment was difficult.Oriental latrine fly larvina debridement therapy was a biological therapy for chronic infective wound.Its cost was low,healing was fast,and it was suitable for a wide range of people.This article summarized historical development and status quo,mechanism of action and cooperative nursing measures of oriental latrine fly larvina debridement therapy.
