Evaluation on application effect of promoting concise DA-CPR model based on scenario simulation education
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of concise Dispatcher-assisted CPR Instruction(DA-CPR) model on the knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among non-medical residents based on situational simulation education. Methods:A total of 360 ordinary residents who met the requirements were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C by envelope method. The patients in group A were diagnosed with simulated cardiac arrest and guided cardiopulmonary resuscitation with concise DA-CPR model.Patients in group B used conventional DA-CPR model. No intervention was made in group C.The scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation related knowledge, the period from the call for help to implement the rescue, and the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were collected and compared. Results:The scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation related knowledge in group A and group B were(83.73±11.96) points and(82.79±11.34) points, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in group C(64.87±12.73) points(P<0.05).The period from the call for help to implement the rescue was(90.63±15.87) seconds in group A(106.54±21.18) seconds in group B and(127.98±18.10)seconds in group C.The between-group variances were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the rate of reaching the standard in press depth, press frequency and thorax resilience,Group A>Group B>Group C;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The concise DA-CPR model based on situational simulation education could effectively improve the knowledge and operation ability of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among ordinary residents, which was of great significance to promoting the preliminary handling capacity of first aid.
