Investigation on family intimacy and adaptability of enterostomy patients
Abstract:Objective:To explore the status quo and influencing factors of family intimacy and adaptability of enterostomy patients.Methods: A total of 110 patients of enterostomy were investigated by the Chinese version of Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale-Second Edition(FACESⅡ-CV).Results: The actual intimacy of patients with enterostomy was lower than the domestic norm,and the ideal intimacy level and dissatisfaction degree were higher than domestic norm.The actual/ideal adaptability were lower than domestic norm,and the degree of dissatisfaction was higher than the domestic norm.Age and the presence or absence of complications were the main influencing factors of family intimacy in patients with enterostomy.The main caregivers and the presence or absence of complications were the main influencing factors of adaptability in patients with enterostomy.Conclusions: In the patients with enterostomy,the actual intimacy,actual adaptability,and ideal adaptability were at a lovoer level;the ideal intimacy and dissatisfaction were at a higher level.
