Influence of family visit nursing based on trans-theoretical model on compliance of low-salt diet in community hypertension patients
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of family visit nursing based on cross-theoretical model on low-salt diet compliance in community hypertension patients. Methods:A total of 122 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into trial group(n=63) and control group(n=59) in three street communities health service station in Shenyang. The trial group received home visits based on cross-theoretical models, while the control group received routine home visits.Six months after the intervention, the compliance and blood press of the two groups of patients with low-salt diet was evaluated. Results:After 6 months of intervention, the behavior change stage, compliance score of low-salt diet and blood pressure control in the trial group were better than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusions:Family vist nuring based on cross-theoretical model care could change the patient's low-salt diet behavior change stage, improvely low-salt diet compliancey, effectively control the blood pressure.
