Study on construction of performance evaluation index system of nursing unit based on balanced score card
Abstract：Objective:To construct a comprehensive and objective performance evaluation index system of nursing unit.Methods:Based on the balanced score card,using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to establish the performance evaluation index system of nursing units and determine the weight of each index.Results:The performance evaluation index system of the constructed nursing unit included four first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators,the financial dimension of the four first-level indicators was 9.82％,the customer dimension was 34.62％,the internal process dimension was 34.62％ and the learning and growth dimension was 20.94％.Conclusions:Based on the balanced score card principle,the performance evaluation index system of nursing unit was scientific,reliable and easy to operate,which could provide scientific basis for the performance evaluation of clinical nursing unit and the distribution of nursing performance bonus.
