Influence of individualized medical nutrition therapy on nutritional behavior and blood sugar of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus
Abstract:Objectives:To probeinto the influence of individualized medical nutrition therapy on nutritional behavior and blood glucose level during pregnancy and lactation of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:111 patients with GDM diagnosed in our hospital from June 2014 to February 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method.The patients in study group were given IMNT intervention and the patients in control group were intervened by traditional oral education model.Compliance score,blood glucose level,and disease nutritional knowledge score and daily dietary compliance were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of compliance,blood glucose control level,daily dietary compliance,nutritional behavior and disease knowledge in study group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:IMNT intervention could improve the compliance of patients with GDM,maintain good nutritional behavior,promote blood glucose level stanolard,prevent prognancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
