Abstract:Objective:To explore the protective effect and mechanism of Salvianolic acid A sodium (SDSS) on rats with pressure ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods:A total of 50 male SD rats were randomly divided into the blank group, model group, and SDSS low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group. The rats in the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose groups received the preventative use of SDSS.After a week, using the self-made pressure device was used to establish a model of ischemia-reperfusion injury, the expression level of ICAM-1,TNF-α,and MPO in each group were observed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Compared with the blank group, the levels of ICAM-1,TNF-α,and MPO in all experimental groups were significantly higher than those in blank group (P<0.05).Compared with the model group, the level of ICAM-1,TNF-α,and MPO in rats injected with SDSS were significant lower (P<0.05),which was depended on the dose. Conclusion:Preventative use of SDSS had a protective effect on pressure sore ischemia-reperfusion injury, and it could effectively prevent inflammatory and oxidative stress damage of skin tissue.
