Study on well being status quo and its influencing factors of nurses in third grade A hospitals
Abstract:Objective:To probe into well-being status quo and its influencing factors of nurses in third-grade A hospitals.Methods:It used a cross-sectional survey method.The general information questionnaire,state hope scale,nurse job stressors scale and general well-being schedule were used to survey 1160 nurses from 9 third-grade A hospitals.Results:The well-being score of nurses in third-grade A hospitals was 75.40±12.14.The nur-ses with different ages,professional titles,working years,work departments,turnover intentions,participating in the activities had different scores of well-being (P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that in third grade A hospitals,nurses'well-being was positively correlated with hope and dimensions,and negatively corre-lated with working pressure and dimensions.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors affect-ing the well-being were the hope level and participating in extracurricular activities,work stress and turnover or diverted intention.Conclusions:Nursing managers should pay attention to the status quo of nurses'well-be-ing,and take measures to help nurses reserve hope,relieve stress and improve their well-being level.
