Abstract：Under the environment of economic and social development and the improvement of health and health,the internal requirements of the head nurses'core competencies had changed synchronously.This paper conducted deep analysis on the research and evaluation of the core competence of head nurse and the existing problems.At the same time,the research of this important subj ect was prospected.
