Correlation research on post traumatic growth and quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer
Abstract：Objective:To probe into the correlation between the post-traumatic growth and quality of life of pa-tients with laryngeal cancer.Methods:A total of 81 cases of laryngeal cancer patients were investigated by ques-tionnaire,which were self-designed demographic data and clinical information questionnaire,post-traumatic growth inventory,University of Washin gton Quality of Life Questionnaire.Results:After the operation,the to-tal average score of the patients with laryngeal cancer was(53.58±7.01)point.The total score of quality of life was(777.72±122.09)point;the quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation was positively correlated with the total score of post traumatic growth(r=0.398).Conclusion:After the operation,there was a post-traumatic growth in patients with laryngeal cancer,and the post-traumatic growth of patients with la-ryngeal cancer could reduce the negative impact of the psychological and social life quality caused by the disease.
