Construction of health education evaluation index system based on KABP model in acute pancreatitis
Abstract：Objective:To explore the health education evaluation index system for patients with acute pancreatitis based on the frame of knowledge,attitude,belief,and practice(KABP)model.Methods:Developing expert con-sultation questionnaire with the literature review,semi-structure interview,and group discussion,and the ma-ture questionnaire was formed through pre-survey.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted on 26 nursing specialists by using Delphi method.Eventually,establish the health education indexes with acute pancre-atitis based on the frame of KABP Model.Results:Through two rounds of expert consultation finally to deter-mine 3 first-level indicators and 28 two-level indicators,and the percentage weight method was used to deter-mine the weight of all indexes.The positivity coefficient was 100% and the average expert authority score was 0.84,and Kendall's coefficient of concordance for two rounds was 0.122 to 0.488(P <0.05).The second round of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.90,and its content validity was 0.95.Conclusion:The health education evaluation index system of acute pancreatitis based on KABP model formed by using Delphi method has higher reliability and validity.
