Status quo of master of post 80s nurses on health laws and regulations knowledge in third grade A hospital
Abstract：Objective:To understand the status quo of master of post 80s nurses to health laws and regulations knowledge in third grade A hospital.Methods:A total of 418 post 80s nurses were surveyed on mastering sta-tus quo of“nurse regulations”“hospital infection management measures”and“tort liability law”,then to analyze the influence of education background,gender,nursing age and marital status on nursing master on health laws and regulations knowledge master for nurse.Results:The mastering status quo of the professional law knowl-edge of nurses’need to be enhanced,the mastering of laws and regulations of nurses with different nursing age were different (P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuing education and training of the health law knowledge should be strengthened for post 80s nurses.
